The room was really comfortable, but the shower pressure was low.

Los Girasoles offered a clean and quiet atmosphere with convenient access to public transportation and local eateries. The reception staff, particularly Jose Luis, Ricardo, and Edgar, provided exceptional service, making the stay enjoyable. Two outdoor spaces allowed for relaxation, and the air conditioning worked efficiently, which was an asset during my business trip.
The area around the hotel can appear deserted with some abandoned properties.

Comfortable beds and great breakfast options. Unfortunately, WiFi connection was poor during my stay.

Friendly and accommodating reception staff.
My stay was extremely disappointing due to noise issues. I could hear everything happening outside my room, from loud guests to music in the reception area. On one occasion, a group of guests was screaming in the hallway, which totally disrupted my sleep. Additionally, I was misled about a cenote tour that ended up taking almost 15 hours instead of the promised 10-11, which completely ruined my schedule.

short walks to local eateries and vibrant parks nearby
my stay here was fantastic with its prime location just a few steps from bustling eateries and the beautiful las Palapas Park, making it super easy to explore and enjoy the outdoor atmosphere of downtown Cancun.

missingWrote a review on Oct 01wifi issuespoor treatment
WiFi struggled more than a contestant on a talent show, and the breakfast cafe? Closed on Sundays—who even does that? I expected some five-star treatment, maybe an upgrade, but alas, I was just another ‘guest. ’ It's almost as if they don't want to impress anyone, how sad.

missingWrote a review on Sept 27friendly staffdated facilities
The reception staff, especially Jose Luis, Ricardo, and Edgar, were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
The building shows its age, with dated fixtures and low-pressure showerhead, which could use improvement for a more comfortable experience.

The hotel’s location is fantastic! It’s a quiet haven with easy access to various restaurants and shops. The rooms were spotless and cozy, like a warm hug after a day of exploring.
But let’s be real—the Wi-Fi was a total diva, dropping out more often than a Hollywood star at rehab! Plus, a shower that teases you with lukewarm water is a bit of a letdown.

Located a short walk from the bus station, the setting was quiet and safe for a couple. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed, but the water pressure in the shower could be improved. Breakfast options were great, offering delicious and fresh sushi. While the area felt a bit deserted with some abandoned properties nearby, the friendly staff and tidy environment made it a pleasant stay overall.

Families looking for comfort and good sleep
The staff there were super friendly , like real nice not fake nice. They even helped us choose a café nearby for breakfast that was delicious, especially the chilaquiles they had.
It wasn't cheap , but I'd say it was worth it.
